Generative AI (GenAI) has entered the mainstream and captured the attention of business leaders the world over.
This report explores the views expressed by 3,700 workers from across Europe about their perceptions and experiences of GenAI in the workplace today, and their opinions on what it will take for GenAI to really work – at work.
Our respondents span the business spectrum from leadership to middle managers and juniors across nine European countries (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, and Belgium). They represent a broad range of job functions (Finance, HR, IT, Sales/ Marketing, Legal and Procurement) across four industry sectors (Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services).
